The Precision techs came to our site to inspect a malfunctioning dock door and promptly identified the sensor issue and made the necessary adjustments. I called them for our workplace commercial dock door issue because I knew of their excellent service and work on my personal garage door replacement a couple of years ago. Precision is extremely reliable and professional to the highest standards.

Honest man - garage door was working when he got here. He explained what had happened, then showed me how to manually open door, and also what to do if problem reoccurs. giving me a price on new motor but said it could be awhile (or tomorrow) before I need one. I was surprised -- did not try to sell me anything or charge me. Great service, was also on time. Would rate this company a 10 if I could.
