This was my first time using Precision Garage Door and overall I was mostly satisfied with their service. I believe the price I was charged to repair/upgrade my garage door spring/opening system was about 25% too high. I had an older spring/opening system so most companies don't carry the parts needed to repair my old system so I had to have a new system put in place. The first company I reached out to, who were the initial installers of my garage door, was able to get the parts I needed for repair but they called me back a day after my door was repaired by Precision. If they would have reached me first they would have saved me almost $700 instead of having Precision make the repair. That is my only complaint about Precision, I believe they over charged me on the parts used to make the repair. That might be my fault as I should have called around for quotes but when something is broken that you need you just pay to fix it. But outside of the price which is a big deal Precision was great. The people I dealt with were courteous, professional, and they responded/completed the work quickly. The man who completed the work also cleaned up thoroughly after himself and seemed to be very knowledgeable and good at his job. If I had it to do over again I might use Precision again but I would definitely call around for quotes on the materials before proceeding with the repair.
