Payton was awesome! He called to let me know he was in route and around what time I should expect his arrival. Even though he arrived a little early, he waited until the time he told me. LOL Payton even waited for me to tell him everything about the door before he even made any suggestions. GREAT LISTENER! He made his recommendations and emailed me 2 quotes and told me to call the office when I’ve made my decision. He even told me about the financing options when he saw the look on my face. He really did try to make me feel better. Thanks for having such a nice, positive energy and attitude.

My garage door opener broke last Friday. I called two companies for an estimate; one company said their technician would call back to make an appointment—I’m still waiting for that call. Precision said their technician, Payton, would be at my place by a certain time and he was. He accessed the problem and told me what options were available and their costs. I made my decision and he scheduled me for today,Monday. Today he called and said he could be here earlier than scheduled if I wanted—I did. The work was completed quickly and correctly; he even paired both my vehicle door remotes before leaving. Payton was/is very knowledgeable, professional and nice person. I certainly recommend this company

I would give more than 5 stars if it were possible. Our service technician, Jason, was on time, worked quickly and was very nice. He didn't try and oversell us on things we didn't need and, I really felt like Jason went the extra mile when taking care of our garage door. He didn't just replace the tension springs but also took care of some of the little maintenance things that help garage doors run more smoothly and quietly. I will definitely use Precision again for any garage door needs in the future.
