We are customers of Precision Doors. Our garage door was installed January 2023. We have been very pleased. Had a popping noise from our door in August 2023 called in on Thursday technician came on Friday. I met with Michael today about my garage door not opening and closing properly. The door is really old but the main issue were the rollers and the track that the rollers moved on. The track had been bent in several places and that allowed the rollers to jump the track. Michael was early which was a pleasant surprise and examined the door completely. He took pictures and we discussed the issue at length. He did not pressure me to make a decision on whether to replace the door and hardware but presented the facts and let me make the decision. I chose to replace the old door with a new garage door kit install which included the door, all the hardware and labor. I felt the estimate was very fair and I was given several ways to finance the new install. I highly recommend Precision to anyone who has a small problem or in need of a new install. Thanks so much.

I was very pleased to have my garage door repaired but not pleased with the tech.I've been asking for a receipt or an invoice for a month and still haven't received it.He keep giving me the run around telling me he'll resend it or is it the correct spelling of my email to check my spam etc. I dont understand what's the issue is about my receipt or invoice of the work that was done.Ive given him enough time to comply and as of today nothing and its seems like he's hiding something.Very unprofessional in my eyes.
