Precision is SUPER professional! They did EXACTLY what they said they would do at the time they said they would. Gage, the service rep., was very polite and knew what he was doing. In this heat he was quick and efficient. He explained everything, cost, parts and labor involved before he began the installation. Then after the install he went over everything again to make sure there was no misunderstandings or confusion. I HIGHLY recommend Precision Garage Door and ask for Gage.

The Technician Cameron Coursey was very polite. He asked me what was going on with my garage, I explained to him what it was doing, so he begin to troubleshoot and check the garage door and then the motor. He found a couple of things that may have caused issues. He made some adjustments and some it the problem persist just call us a call.
