I chose Precision, because they are an authorized Liftmaster dealer, and they are close by in Flowood. All interactions were professional and timely. Cameron, Precision Technician, diagnosed the problem right away and had to replace the two sensors. After a short replacement time, the remotes/keypad worked perfectly. The fee was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend Precision!
