I was having issues with my garage door not staying down. The tech that came out was Chris Brown. He was very polite and informative. Mr. Bill was very professional and courteous and appeared very knowledgeable of his craft — upon his suggestion, l let him install a new torsion spring and rollers. The new much larger/wider (Precision-branded) rollers that he initially installed were hitting the top of the garage door, preventing the door from lifting; however, upon my request, Mr. Bill returned promptly and reinstalled my original smaller rollers, allowing my door to lift properly. I’ve used Precision in the past and I’m throughly pleased with the service and plan to refer neighbors, friends, and family in the future.
