Precision Door Service is one of the most professional, customer-oriented companies I've ever dealt with. My initial call was answered immediately, we were given an appointment the same day and our technician kept in contact with us till he arrived. Prior to his arrival, I had his picture and bio in hand. He explained our options clearly, to have springs replaced or overhaul the garage equipment, and we were satisfied with the price. It's obvious this company works very hard to take care of their customers- I fully expect to see this level of service for as long as they take care of our garage door.

Was surprised technician was 2 hours early for appointment. Got home just at beginning of appointment time just as he was leaving. He looked at opener, called company tech line and they decided it was logic board in opener. He never broke out a meter or checked insides of opener. I guess when you have looked at as many as these people have you just know. He made a very good argument about pros and cons of repair vs new purchase and new purchase won out. We were please with technician and his job performance. He did not charge us for diagnosis. Very Happy.

We had been fighting our garage door off and on for several years. The fact is our 20 year old Chamberlain was on its last leg. Chris showed up early, surveyed our situation and recommended a replacement although he did say he could patch us up for a while again. Well, my wife and I were tired of fighting the old unit. We talked price, offerings, warranty, and installation. Chris said he had everything on the truck and indicated he could install a new belt drive unit, rollers, tension spring, etc. He did an awesome job and was very professional. We would recommend this company to anyone need a repair or replacement. If your system is getting old, consider what they have to offer and what a piece of mind their new wifi systems have to offer.
