One call was all it took and a technician was out in less than 24 hours. He checked all aspects of the door, frame, rails, cables, and the opener and really taught me a lot about what was happening and why. He replaced the broken springs and next-to-dead rollers, lubricated all hinges and parts, and even tightened the chain on the opener. I am extremely satisfied that my door will perform for many years to come. He even left the garage cleaner than he found it!! I would not hesitate to recommend Jonathon and Precision Garage Door to anyone.

I’ve never had a garage door repaired so I googled repair companies near me. I chose Precision for no specific reason but I’m glad I did. I called Sunday evening for an appointment and they came out the next day around noon (scheduled window was 12-2). The work was performed faster and much cheaper than I expected. I would use Precision again and would recommend them to family and friends.

While looking through ads for garage door repair, the web site for Precision stood out as one that took business and customer service seriously. The customer reviews were excellent and Precision was recognized as trustworthy through business awards it had received. Jonathon, my technician, was knowledgeable, polite, efficient, and willing to fully explain the problem and how he would fix it. He showed me some maintenance tips and suggested safety features that would keep my door operating smoothly. Overall, a textbook example of what customer service should look like. I would definitely call Precision again!

Outstanding! Jonathn Zwart was supurb. He did all he could to resurrect the almost 30 year opener we had first. When that wasn't possible he was quick to get a new one installed, all in one visit, and on a Sunday at that. We were very pleased.

I have an older house with a nonstandard garage that created problems for the door installation. Tom and his team did an awesome job getting things to work and the door looks fantastic. Troy was the technician who came to repair our 26 year old double garage door that had a broken spring. When I called to schedule the appointment, Chris was delightful and very efficient to work with. During my conversation with Chris, I received a confirming text and email for the scheduled time the technician would arrive which was three hours from the time I called. The technician, Troy, was timely and very efficient. He explained everything he would do very clearly. He ran an estimate cost and the final cost was the same. There were no surprises. Working with Precision Garage door was an excellent experience for me. I highly recommend them and will call them again if necessary.

Josh did a great job repairing our garage door. Service was quick. He gave an estimate that included parts that were needed and other parts we could replace if we wanted that would help with the performance of the garage door. He reviewed the estimate with me for the essential item and those recommended that would extend the life of the door. We had service right away which was another plus and he was very courteous.
