I thought I had a huge problem with my garage door because I couldn't use the button in my car to close the door. It turned out to be a very small problem of laser site not being aligned properly. The technician checked out several other aspects of my garage door and opener. The opener is nearly 30 years old, but the technician said it still appeared to be in good working order. Jonathan was professional and courteous and really gave me some good information about my opener and gave me a quote in case I decided to replace it. There was no pressure to replace immediately, but food for thought and a chance to budget for replacement.

The previous owners of my house used Precision Doior front the sticker that was in my garage. I had a door issue today and was able to get an appointment same day! PGD has been service our doors for 10 years, 2 different homes. Their customer service is friendly and efficient. Have had 3 different technicians, all very complement. Today I called expecting an appointment in a week or two - nope! - they came same day!
