Patrick (technician) called to let me know he would be here soon. He was very professional and explained everything to me that should be done. There was no pressure to sell me anything over and above what I needed. I did ask about replacing everything including the garage door. We settled on everything but a new door. The garage door is so quiet now when it opens!! Patrick did a fantastic job and cleaned up everything after he was done. No hesitation to call Precision in the future, should I need them.

I had Precision install a new garage door opener several years ago and have used their services in the past. I called them recently after scraping the side of the door when backing out of the garage and being unable to use the remote opener as well as the wall mounted main unit. They responded within a few hours and resolved the problem in a short time. The technician diagnosed the problem quickly and explained what was done. He was very professional and courteous and was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely continue to call Precision when I have a problem and would recommend them to anyone needing installation or repair of a garage door opener.

A different company set me up for an appointment for Monday 4/22 with a 5 hour service window (1 to 6). About 2, got a call asking to reschedule. I canceled and began looking for a different company. Luckily, I found Precision. I was able to get a 4 to 6 appointment THE SAME DAY!! Even better, you sent Jameson Leach. You have a real winner in him. He was wonderful!! I give Brian Bergstrom a 5 STAR RATING. He was friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with the repair work on my garage door. It now operates very well. I give the company a 1 STAR RATING for charging an unreasonable 3% credit card processing fee. I am very unhappy about this and have never been charged a LARGE FEE for using my credit card. I wasn't given the option to pay by on-line bank transfer and could have as I had the funds available. I was only asked if I would pay by "credit card or check". I chose not to pay by check as it would be a hassle.
