Project; replace existing garage door. Chris (salesman) and Don (installer) we're both professional, competent and easy to work with . Chris was the only salesman to recommend and explain an $$ upgrade to a low clearance track system in my situation. So even though that meant more money I went with his bid. He was also responsive and helpful on a few follow-up calls while I was deciding. Don clearly takes pride in his workmanship. I had also read numerous online reviews that very positive. Thanks Precision!

This is the second time I have had Precision come out. The first time required a change in the openers setting and lubrication. The second time was not related to the first issue. After 26 years or so the opener need a sprocket replacement. Very satisfied with the work done by the two tech people. Both were very knowledgable and answered my questions. Highly recommend this company if you have a garage door problem

Devon did a great job and was efficient in his time, and it took him the exact time he estimated it would to perform the work, which is very refreshing. I was very thankful to within an hour of discovering the problem with my broken door, I had a technician out on site, assessing things, and providing a complete service. Very impressed.

I called and they were there the same day. They were great and we had 2 remotes and a mighty quiet door and wall button. I'd give em 6 stars, but it only goes to 5. The old house and this house has enjoyed all their efforts in our behalf. Thank you, thank you, thank you
