Precision installed my garage door about 7 years ago, I have had problems with it on and off, the main track has always had a bit of a "torque" and makes me wonder if that is part of the problem, had service yesterday because door was not closing, now it closes 90% of the time.

This morning, my wife was rushing trying to get to work. As a routine, she pressed a garage door opener remote. No joy. About 10" was lifted up but that was it. Closed it again and gave another shot. Still no joy. So we disconnected from the opener and lifted up by hand and I let her go. I searched all the repair shops and chose the Precision. I was very pleased to choose them. I called them at around 9am and they reserved me for 11am. At exactly 1100, one guy gave me a call and showed up in 10 mins. The technician was very polite and skillful. He showed me all the options using their tablet and explained all the details to be done to me. It was all done in about an hour and he finished all his jobs completely in professional way. I have all brand new parts including cables, springs, pulleys, and some other small parts and everything is in working order. Apparently, it was so much of a relief that my garage door is opening, again. So glad to have the technician. He was exactly on time! You may think these company charge us a way too much. But they are professional. If you are the one who looks at how much it costs only, you may want to call a different company. If you are one of those who cares the quality of the jobs and their punctuality the most, you might want to consider to call this company. You won't regret it.

Precision responded quickly and efficiently to my panicked call this morning. Both the spring and cables had snapped trapping my vehicle in the garage. I had children to pick up from school with no vehicle. Precision sent a tech to me as soon as possible. Phil was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He completed the work and also replaced the same items on my other garage doors to hopefully avoid this in the future. Prices were very reasonable. I appreciate the wonderful customer service provided by Phil and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

This was a warranty repair of a loose cable. The technician was Chris Crawford. He arrived early and was very efficient. He even replaced the light bulbs that had burned out. He also showed where the door was cracked and close to breaking. He emailed me his recommendation and estimate while he was still there so I could forward it to the condo association. Hopefully, they will be as easy to work with as your company,

5 star rating for Precision Door Service! Fast and efficient, even on a Sunday. Discovered a broken garage door spring at 9:30 am, googled a Garage Door service and decided on Precision Door Service. My call was answered immediately, an appointment was set for between 11 am - 1 pm. Frank the Technician called, as promised, on his way and the job was completed by 12:30 p.m. I even bought an extra remote for the garage and Frank had it programmed in less than 2 minutes. He knows his job!! Wonderful work from start to finish, thank you very much.

The advertising hit the points I look for, such as certified and fully staffed, locally owned and operated, insured and fast service. I give you a 5 stars rating. We called Precision Door to get our garage door repaired. The staff was friendly and courteous. 90 minutes later, our garage door was repaired. Our door failed on Sunday, 12/27, the day we called for repair. Repair was well done the following day, 12/28, and it operated successfully. On Saturday it failed to close by remote or wall switch. I disengaged the door and closed it manually. Upon return, I re-engaged the door to the opener and it operated satisfactorialy. We will see how it operates tomorrow, Sunday 1/3. Precision Garage Door Service gave me excellent service. My service guy was Justin. He performed his service very efficiently replacing a new rubber sealing at the bottom of my garage door. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about the service he rendered. He recommended and also performed a lubrication on my garage door and as a result my garage door is much more quiet when opened and closed. WOW! What great service. I've already told someone to call Precision if they ever need service on their garage door. Thanks for a job well done!
