We chose Precision because we had used them before to repair our original garage door. This time we used them to install a new garage door. The ordering process was clear and simple, even though we ordered a non-standard color (black) and windows. Despite our new door being a custom order, installation was completed within a couple weeks. We were given an installation date in advance and our technician (Eric) and his crew were timely, friendly, efficient, clean and skilled. Our new door looks and operates great. Eric did a thorough job of explaining all operating and maintenance matters.

The service technician was on the job within hours. He inspected the door, gave me the estimate, and repaired the problem within a 2 hour time frame. I had a concern about whether the door would stop if something was in the way. (It had scraped the bumper of my car and kept going) Frank explained that the door should stop and probably didn't because it did not hit directly, only grazed the bumper. He was professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He adjusted the sensitivity of the door to ease my concerns.

Precision was able to schedule quickly and at my convenience. The technician, Mike, called to say he was on his way, arrived within the window of time I was told. He did a complete exam of my door, explained what needed to be repaired and was done in less than an hour. He was very personable, explained things in terms I understood clearly, and left me with a folder of information about my warranty. There was no pressure or overselling of products. I highly suggest anyone in need of garage door repair to give Precision a call.

Strl Hgts Library "gadget guy" -Chris Freeza- recommended the same Co. that installed his own garage doors (Precision Door Svc.[P.D.S.]} in 2010. P.D.S. tech Brian Wells was friendly, helpful, & informative deserving of a "5". He explained & convinced me that a whole, new LiftMaster system would be my best route to replace the outdated, antiquated Stanley Doors that I had. I am very confident I made the right decision & P.D.S. will stand, support, & service their product in the future.
