Wow, You were here the same day (within hours). Thank you so much. We had used your company about a year ago and you installed cables. One of the cables broke and it was under warranty. You replaced that cable as well as the other cable that wasn't even broken. Thank you

Steve was very personable and knowledgeable. He thoroughly inspected the subject door and repaired the failed spring. I felt very comfortable with his assessment of our situation and his recommendations. When we replace our doors and openers we will certainly call Precision for a quote based on his performance during our repair.
