Our door failed on Sunday, 12/27, the day we called for repair. Repair was well done the following day, 12/28, and it operated successfully. On Saturday it failed to close by remote or wall switch. I disengaged the door and closed it manually. Upon return, I re-engaged the door to the opener and it operated satisfactorialy. We will see how it operates tomorrow, Sunday 1/3. We will keep you posted. Peter
