Rich had previously serviced our Genie garage door opener but it's time had come. Unsolicited, he provided an estimate for a new Liftmaster. When we had enough of trying to coax our Genie into performing properly, we contacted Precision Door Service and scheduled a replacement. We were scheduled to have the job done almost immediately and once again, Rich was the technician assigned to the job. He was quick, thorough and accommodating. The door opener is extremely quiet and efficient. All things considered, we were extremely satisfied with the overall experience.
