I don’t even think our garage door worked this well when it was brand new. You guys fixed a loud heavy door that’s spring had finally broken and made it silent and light. And it was all fixed within 24 hours of calling you. We will definitely have you back out in the future to fix our other door.

Wow. I called one afternoon. Rich was there the next day at 0800. Less than one hour and our door was back in business, operating better than when it was newly installed 16 years ago. This is our second time using Precision. Once again, the technician, was super friendly, knowledgeable, and took care of our problem. Ed was here on time and explained all of our options clearly.
