The gentleman (service technician) Rich was very professional. He also went out of way to accommodate a service date request for when my repair work would be done. As a full-time employee and also nursing student my schedule is very hectic. So I was grateful that he was willing to work around my availability. Am looking forward to when the repair will get completed so that I can enjoy my garage without other issues.

I appreciated very much having a technician come over, when my door wouldn't come down. I was on my way for an medical appt. and the technician was sent over right away.
