I just had two lovely Cambridge style garage doors, with Canterbury hardware installed in my 1991 home. In addition had new LiftMaster openers as my old ones were the originals. Jesse and Mike were scheduled for 8 AM and arrived right on time. I had old wooden doors which I thought would be such an issue to remove but they were down and out, the new door were up and new equipment was installed! Everything was removed and cleaned. The team worked so well! Jesse informed me of everything and Mike helped me set my key pad. I was also reminded that I could contact Precision if I had any questions. I am extremely happy! Very professional and nice people from the office staff, to Rich the salesman, to Jesse and Mike who installed the doors! Great job.....thank you...

One torsion spring was broken on our garage door and needed to be repaired. Ed was our service technician and quickly repaired the problem. He went over everything clearly and concisely. He went over what was recommended to fix the problem and was able to complete everything very quickly.
