I had Precision install new door openers a few years ago and called them again this year when I needed new doors. Rich Netto was the technician that came out to give me the estimate & take the order for the doors and he was very efficient and answered any questions I had. With the current external issues relating to the supply chain and labor needs I was informed it could take a couple months to get the order in. It took 3 months but thankfully my 2 residential garages doors were just installed today and they are perfect. Aaron Baldwin is the technician that did the install today. He was excellent!! He arrived first thing in the morning as promised and was done several hours later. I let him do his job with minimal interruption and when I went out to see the completed job he had everything perfectly cleaned up! He is very courteous and professional and explained the warranty & answered any questions. I am very satisfied with Precisions level of service & quality with their technicians & products and also when calling the local number, my calls were answered and responded to in a timely manner.

Service was quick. Rich, the technician, was great. He performed several checks on the garage door and coils. Once he determined what was wrong, he gave me repair choices and costs. He did a great job fixing our garage door. He was very professional. I would definitely recommend Precision Overhead Door. They are awesome!!!
