I just had two lovely Cambridge style garage doors, with Canterbury hardware installed in my 1991 home. In addition had new LiftMaster openers as my old ones were the originals. Jesse and Mike were scheduled for 8 AM and arrived right on time. I had old wooden doors which I thought would be such an issue to remove but they were down and out, the new door were up and new equipment was installed! Everything was removed and cleaned. The team worked so well! Jesse informed me of everything and Mike helped me set my key pad. I was also reminded that I could contact Precision if I had any questions. I am extremely happy! Very professional and nice people from the office staff, to Rich the salesman, to Jesse and Mike who installed the doors! Great job.....thank you...

Wow. I called one afternoon. Rich was there the next day at 0800. Less than one hour and our door was back in business, operating better than when it was newly installed 16 years ago. Garage door installation. Took more than 4weeks to get it installed although the payment was already sent. I called several times and was difficult to find someone who knew why it will take that long. They did not remove the old doors despite saying that they will and calling several times. Very dissatisfied with the service.

One torsion spring was broken on our garage door and needed to be repaired. Ed was our service technician and quickly repaired the problem. He went over everything clearly and concisely. Prior experience with installation of garage door opener led me back to Precision. I am happy I did make this choice. On the most recent repair of springs, pulleys and cables, Ed Dombrowski was exceptional. Not only did he explain the scope of the work but also the reasons and benefits of the work. When making the repair, he was both efficient and complete, making sure everything was working properly before he left. Throughout the process, he was cordial and professional. I would recommend him and Precision highly. If I needed work done in the future, I would want Ed to be the technician.

I was so surprised when Jacob call to inform me that he would be arriving 30 minutes early for the service call. That was totally unexpected and helped free up my schedule for the day. Jacob was very pleasant to deal with and was a true professional. He explained the details of the service that was needed and got to work correcting an annoying squeaky door. I never knew a garage door could be so quiet. I would recommend the company and of course Jacob.

Ed arrived onTimewirh another young man. Immediately he noticed the lazerbeam was not alligned. The young man aligned the beam and the door worked. They were there 5 minutes and the problem was solved. Ed asked if I wanted the door hinges and springs lubricated for $55 additional charge over the standard fee. Here I made a mistake ... I said yes. It took the young man about 20 minutes to lubricate the hinges and tighten the springs. The charge $245 ... I almost fell over. This total charge was a lot more Thani expectedfoor 20-25 minutes of work. It had better workfor a long, long time.
