I don’t even think our garage door worked this well when it was brand new. You guys fixed a loud heavy door that’s spring had finally broken and made it silent and light. And it was all fixed within 24 hours of calling you. We will definitely have you back out in the future to fix our other door.

I called Precision Door at 0945 on a cold Saturday and a technician was at my home at 1345 - 4 hours later - excellent response. Rich had previously serviced our Genie garage door opener but it's time had come. Unsolicited, he provided an estimate for a new Liftmaster. When we had enough of trying to coax our Genie into performing properly, we contacted Precision Door Service and scheduled a replacement. We were scheduled to have the job done almost immediately and once again, Rich was the technician assigned to the job. He was quick, thorough and accommodating. The door opener is extremely quiet and efficient. All things considered, we were extremely satisfied with the overall experience.
