Daryl did a great job with getting our (heavy) garage door back into operation. Rather than simply purchasing a single coil spring, he convinced me that it would be well worth it to do an overhaul (Springs, bearings, cables, drums, etc). He was thorough, quick and had everything picked up within an hour.

Our old 19 year old door opener was nearing its end so by doing some research on who to call I came up with Precision due to the number of excellent reviews I read. Dylan arrived right on time for our appointment and after first checking our setup including the torsion bars and the double doors, gave us a full and presentation of what was available. We went with Liftmaster and backup battery. The price including taking out the old one and setting up the new one was given before anything was done. In a little more than an hour it was done. Dylan then took the time to explain how everything works and added some extra work on lubricating the wheels that run along the channel. Precision are top notch when it comes to door openers and Dylan was excellent.

Garage doors wouldn't stay closed...kept closing and reopening. Also loud squeaking and occasionally getting hung up. Called Precision and made appointment. Dylan showed up as expected, and on time. He diagnosed the problem, pointed out potential problems down the road and went to work. In short order, he repaired, lubricated and adjusted the opener(s) and all associated mechanical parts. Would I recommend or hire them again? Yes!

The tech was given a time frame of 10 to 2 He was at my door at 10 am showed him what I had and what I needed. He started right away and told me it would be 2 hrs labor. That was exactly what it needed to finish. He installed the control panel outside just where I needed it. Lub the roller and track made sure it was smooth and working properly. His manner was professional and very friendly. He is a great representative of your company I would recommend you consider him for a higher position in your firm. With proper experience he could be a great instructor or salesmen. The opertunity is his decision but the break should be offered.

I noticed one of my springs had broken last night. I called Precision this morning at 8AM and a technician was at my house at 10AM. Dylan Perkins could not have been more professional or polite. Jacob did an excellent job locating the problem, fixing it and explaining what and why he was doing it. He left the job site clean and all in good working order. He was friendly and honest with what he was doing. I think he would make an excellent employee and I owe you feel that way about him. He replaced the safety sensors and did a tune up of motor, and lubed it all. I found your website after seeing ads on TV. The young lady I talked to (Kara I think) was friendly and knowledgeable. I've had then out twice. First time was to balance door before I installed a new opener. Tech was very professional and did a fine job. Second time was to determine cause of noises when opening and closing. Turned out to be normal for this type of door. Lubed door for me. Again, very pleasant, listens, and knowlegeable.
