Dylan provided professional and courteous service. Knew exactly what the issue was with the garage opener, and also gave me a few options. Took the time to go over all of the features ect. regarding the new opener, which was great.

Thoroughly pleased with my dealings with this company and all the people who represented them and interacted with me. The sales person was courteous and concise, explaining everything to my satisfaction. No time wasted with a meaningless sales pitch. The reps I spoke to on the phone were courteous and honest, and when there was a minor glitch they did everything possible to correct it with no wasted time. The tech who came out and did the install was outstanding. He was courteous, respectful, personable and very competent. The company should be proud to have him as an employee. Needless to say, the install went very smoothly and I am pleased with the job.
