Eddie Torres, did a great job but unfortunately the doors were measured improperly and the job could not be completed because a new wider panel needs to be ordered. I stayed home all day and now need to be here again as you have a 4 hour window. I will leave you a star rating of 3 until the job is completed. Thanks and hopefully I will see you soon. Eddie gets a 5 star rating.

The technician was prompt, professional and efficient. I explained my concern about how the door was working. He immediately could see a few issues with loose cables, etc. This is a door I inherited when I purchased my home 2 years ago. This is the 2nd time the door needed maintenance. The firs time I called on Precision and was extremely impressed with the service technician. The customer service when calling for an appointment and the direct on-site service are highly professional and customer focused. I appreciate the service Precision provides to their customers and Highly recommend them. Thank you.
