We lost one of our motors as a result of a neighborhood lightning strike - called Precision Garage Door based upon a recommendation by one of our neighbors. Dylan, the technician who came out for the service, was professional, efficient, and courteous. He explained all our options in full detail making our decision easy as well as leaving us well informed in case we needed additional service or had questions or concerns in the future. I highly recommend this company for repairs or new installation and if you are lucky enough to have Dylan as your technician, you will be very pleased also!

Happy with the installation, a few small glitches were quickly resolved. Technician Dylan who did the initial repairs before we had the new doors installed followed up. He asked how the repairs held up. I was very impressed with his analytical approach to resolving the problem. A staple on the wire had shorted out the light sensor. Dylan fixed the problem and gave the system a once over.
