I got locked out out of my garage door, because when precision install my garage door, they never connected the cable to disengage the door manually they did not want to take responsibility telling me that my motor was bad and they had to break the door and install a new one and they were going to charge me $850 dollars for there sloppy installation.

I reached out to Precision Door after our springs snapped yesterday; despite the hectic schedule, they were able to get a technician out to our house this afternoon. Jacob was very pleasant and informative, and explained all of our options going forward. Although our original call was for service, we also were interested in purchasing a new system, and Jacob took the time to review our scenario and provide us with some great solutions.

Great service, wish I called them to install my opener to begin with. Would've saved me more money at the end of the day. They replaced old springs, provided additional support and even stabilized my doors for a better and smooth track ride. FYI, Fran Garvey was a total professional and a master at his craft. If you're considering self installing like I did to begin with, save yourself the time and money and let this company do what they specialize in. Purposely waited for 2 months after my service call to write this review. That is more than the amount of time from when I installed it before I needed to reach out to Precision Garage Door.
