I called at 7:50 am unable to open my garbage door automatically or manually. I’m a single mom who works on the road and had a critical appointment to get to later this afternoon and no access to another vehicle and was completely unable to get my car out of the garage. From the dispatcher who had a manager call me within 10 minutes of coming into the office to the manager who reached out to his technician to have him start his day at my house to the technician Justin who rearranged his entire day and arrived within an hour and a half of my initial call to replace my garage spring, everything about the service call was perfect. Absolutely amazing customer service - would always call them and highly recommend.

Ron, the technician, was courteous and professional, and met all expectations. He was great and fixed the problem! The work: keypad replacement, garage door tune-up including fixing that the door did not close completely on one side and replacement of 10 roller wheels. The job took about 40 minutes to complete. The total cost (service charge, parts & labor) was about $550. The cost struck me as higher than expected, although I did not obtain estimates from other companies.

I had three broken cables and disconnected springs on a two car garage. Using one side manually until unable to do so due to the weight of the door. Was able to make an online appointment on Sunday for a Monday (Patriots Day!) afternoon visit (online $25 discount). Got a call from Ron at 10AM that he could come by a.s.a.p. He was here in 10 min. Explained all that was wrong and said he could repair/replace cables/springs and realign to both doors and get them running with existing openers. True to word, done in an ~hour - very kind, no high pressure. Would use this service again and recommend Precision. Local shop (Hudson).

Had a great experience today! Our technician was Justin Rice. He was on time, professional while still being down to earth and friendly, and was obviously very knowledgeable about his work. He clearly explained what had broken on my garage door system, and presented a number of repair/replacement options and was transparent about their pros and cons including pricing. He worked efficiently, and clearly walked me through operation of everything he installed. A nice “bonus touch” - the company texted me when Justin was en route, including a photo of him to confirm when he arrived. Straightforward and clear service like this shouldn’t be as rare as it is. The tech who did the work, Justin, called me to ask if he could come early - 12:30 instead of the scheduled 2. I said sure, and he arrived on time. He replaced both the broken cable and the other one, which while still intact was just as old as the broken one so very likely on it's last legs. He checked the garage door, and noted that at some point it should be replaced as the exterior side was soft (I checked, and it was) and likely to break. He told me how much today's service would be, and gave me a price on a new door (I had asked). He was efficient, friendly and professional. All around, it was an excellent job!
