Our Liftmaster got out of alignment and wouldn't properly close. I called 1st thing in the morning and got a late afternoon appointment. The technician called and asked if he could arrive early. He was in/out in about 10 minutes with problem solved. Thanks for great service!

Louis was kind and efficient on the phone, scheduling an appointment within 24 hours. Justin, the technician arrived ahead schedule. He diagnosed our problem and gave us several solutions along with the price for each. We selected a choice on the spot, he had the new product in his truck and installed it quickly, cleanly and without incident. He reprogrammed all of our switches on both walls for three doors and suggested some other electrical solutions for our garage outlets and receptacles as well. Communication from the company was thorough and immediate via email and text. Completely pleased and satisfied from start to finish. Highly recommend Precision, Louis and in particular Justin.

Good experience with Precision Service. Received a message that the technician was on his way. Arrived in the time period promised. Analyzed the problem with a "loose cable", told me what had to be fixed, and also things that might need upgrades in the future.
