Jacob did a great job assessing and installing my new garage door springs. However, I was in an emergency situation and could not open my large garage door. Subsequent to the installation, I did some research and found that each of the four springs cost approx. $70.00 ($240.00). I was charged $1,346.95 for the job and feel taken advantage of in this emergency. The technician spent a total of 3 hours for both visits. Also, my garage wall was marred by the use of tensioning bars. Will not be calling them again.
