I was very happy with the work Dylan did on our 20-year old LiftMaster. He repaired the two problems that I called about. He then recommended other repairs, one of which he thought we should do right away and one that could wait. I agreed and he had the parts and did the work promptly for a reasonable price. I would definitely use Precision when I need work done on my door opener.

Excellent service, knowledgable technician, courteous and professional all around. I highly recommend this company. I've used several garage door companies over the years, this is the first that I've called back after an initial service. Today's technician, Jacob diagnosed the problem, give me options for approaches and prices for each. Then he performed the service with great proficiency, throughly cleaned up, and then took the time to explain how everything worked, including the remote controls. I highly recommend Jacob.

Two new garage door openers installed. Technician installed one of the openers with a busted bulb and told me I would have to replace it myself. He also did not set the the devices to pair with phone or set up the cameras. He said to read the manual. Terrible costumer service, would expect more after spending $1600.
