Our technician, Luis, was very professional, courteous, helpful and prompt. He did a great job replacing the weather stripping on the bottom of our two garage doors and offering advice about a problem with them that caused them to fail. He also installed two new garage door openers for us and did a great job installing both of them and helping us with the app. We have used Precision in the past and have always received great servicing from them. We would not hesitate to hire Precision and Luis again.
