Chet Shrader was great. Professional, friendly, explained everything, clearly knew what he was doing. I had hired another company to service the garage door and it had been left in an awful state. It was not balanced properly and the rail was not securely mounted, causing enough flex in the rail that the trolley was hitting the ceiling, not allowing the door to open. The other company told me it was a really hard problem to solve, were saying I might have to hire a construction contractor, etc. In under 2 hours by himself, Chet was able to rebalance the door, remount the rail, and as a result the door was operating very smoothly. I was worried I would forever be a bit scared the garage door or rail would fall based on my experience with the other company, but Chet's work was clearly stable and made me feel safe.

Precision Door stands by there service and product. They repaired a garage door my husband backed into. They warrantied the service for Labor and Parts for 1 year. It was giving us trouble 5 months later and they came and repaired it at no charge. The Tech was very courteous and helpful. The gentleman who installed the doors was absolutely great. I had trouble communicating with the office by your 800 number. The call center did not forward message to the franchise. The order was also messed up as the were the wrong size. The service engineer was able to recover by making an additional trip to the warehouse. Your manger blamed it on the supplier. I believe the order was pulled incorrectly.

Thanks for pointing out some issues with our communication with the call center. We have discussed this with them and have tried to identify ways to improve. We did check again can verify that the manufacturer did send the wrong size section. The box was labeled incorrectly. Sorry for any inconvenience, but we are very glad things worked out in the end and that the door seems to be working as promised!

Paul arrived promptly at the appointment time and did a great job. One of our two original garage door openers died and needed to be replaced. On the spot, I decided to replace both openers and Paul got a second new unit delivered so I could have matching openers for both doors. I really appreciated that level of service. Paul was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and answered all my questions/concerns. Now, we have two quality garage door openers that work beautifully and I am a very happy customer. I will definitely call Precision again for our regular maintenance checks or for any future issues.
