The tech who did the work, Justin, called me to ask if he could come early - 12:30 instead of the scheduled 2. I said sure, and he arrived on time. He replaced both the broken cable and the other one, which while still intact was just as old as the broken one so very likely on it's last legs. He checked the garage door, and noted that at some point it should be replaced as the exterior side was soft (I checked, and it was) and likely to break. He told me how much today's service would be, and gave me a price on a new door (I had asked). He was efficient, friendly and professional. All around, it was an excellent job!

The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. He called to let me know he was on his way, and he was on time I was referred to the company by my next-door neighbor, and he was very impressed with the work that was done to his garage.
