Our experience with Precision was wonderful! I called after reading their reviews online and was able to schedule an appointment the same day. Dylan came to assess our garage door opener problem within hours of the initial contact. He was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable, giving us repair options to consider. He returned as scheduled a few days later with all parts needed and efficiently completed the work. Dylan was on time, on budget, and great to work with!

We had an excellent experience! It took a long time to get the door, due to shipping delays, which is not the fault of Precision, but they were very upfront about that and kept me updated as to the timeline. Both technicians that came to my house were efficient, thorough, and took the time to explain everything they did. They also repaired my old door while I waited for the new one. And in the end, the door looks fantastic! I can't believe what a difference it made. A great experience from at start to finish!

Your service man was pleasant and accommodating and very efficient. He explained the situation with my current opener. Realizing it would cost as much to repair is to put in a new one I chose a new one. A new door is super and quiet and has many more features than my old one. I was particularly impressed with the professionalism of your service man.

Fran quickly identified issue with sensors and corrected problem. He also identified the cable hooks on each side of the door were rotting out and replaced both. This is something Zi would have never noticed and the danger if one or both had snapped. Good job and good personality.
