I decided the level of work I wanted and the repairs were completed right then and there quickly and correctly. My garage door works better than I ever remember it working. Review:

I had a broken Spring on my garage double door. Paul, the technician, gave me the 3 plans Precision Door Service offered. Because all I knew about the workings of a garage door is you push a button the door opens, you push the button again and the door closes. All the questions I had, Paul answered. Once I decided the Plan I was going with he went to work and had it fixed in a very short manner. Tested the door 3 or 4 times to be sure it opened to it's full capacity and came down to where it was suppose to be. I had printed the coupon off of Precision Door Service website and it saved me the service charge when he gave me the bill. Nice perk!

Review:

Paul was awesome! He quickly sized up the problem as worn gears in the opener. Assessed the health of my doors and the moving parts. Recommended a new opener (which was on the truck) and replace the moving parts, the doors were still good. He performed the work quickly and cleanly with a pleasant demeanor. I was very pleased with the work and my new opener. Thank you!
