Luis was prompt, courteous, professional, identified the problem with the garage door opener, resolved it in a timely manner and offered suggestions for optimal garage door opener operation. I will only use your company for my garage door issues.

I had 2 doors/ openers installed in October 2021. After 10 months of daily use there was a minor track adjustment that needed to be made to both doors. I emailed Precision and received a call back within a day and we scheduled the repair adjustment to be made at my convenience. Thank you Precision
