First appointment was no-show, . The technician wasn’t professionally trained to meet the customer on the simple basic needs as good morning. After 5 minutes checking the door he told me that the price to fix the door would be 1000.00 including all the parts and services. He told me that for 1000.00 he will let the door working. After he finished he asked for the payment but the door wasn’t working and he asked another 685.00 dollars to replace the motor. I had no choice but pay him and he come back next week to finish it. If you hire this company just make sure you that get by writing what kind repairs they will do.

The entire process was so easy. Mike came out, called and asked if he could come early and he came, right on time. Very knowledgeable and he explained everything to me. He made the changes and upgrades and I am so glad he did. It's amazing what happens when you change a very old garage door opener!!! Thank you so much Mike! Scott came and have an estimate for what I needed. He offered his opinions and did no hard sell for additional services. In fact, when I asked him if he thought we needed new doors, he said the doors we had were in good shape and no need to change them out. THIS type of salesmanship is to be applauded. We agreed what we needed to do and the next week the appointment was set. Mike M. came to install and do the work. He was early and finished up in about 2 hours exactly as he estimated. This company is a class act and I couldn't recommend them any higher than I do. I for one will use Precision for all my garage needs.

We had two new Grafton doors installed by Craig from Precision last week. He did an excellent job. Kept us informed of his schedule. Arrived on time and made the process easy. Because of the pandemic, and the increase in demand for garage doors, who would have thought, getting our work done on schedule was a challenge. Tom from Precision worked with us to make sure things happened when they needed to happen. All in all our experience with Precision Door Service of New England was outstanding.
