I needed to fix the spring in my garage. I called on a Saturday and got an appt that day. The technician texted me when he was on his way.He was 2 hours earlier which was perfect for me. He finished by the time he should have arrived. Had the spring on the truck. My previous company would have had to come and measure and then order. Luis was friendly and professional.

Jacob was awesome! He was on time, very clear about what had to be done today and what could wait, he was super respectful and just made me feel like he was so honest and upfront. No need to ever look for another garge door company again. And ps- the first person I tried to hire, came, assessed, and never came back. Jacob had everything he needed in his truck and the entore repair was completed today! SO GRATEFUL!!!!!

We have used Precision Door Service twice now to fix our garage door. They are always prompt and communicative and fairly priced. They also give good advice on how to extend the life of your garage door. We will probably have to replace our (very old) garage door soon and I’ll definitely do it with Precision Door Service!

The technician didn't make me feel like an idiot, even though I'd failed to see the obvious problem with our garage door: I'd left a shovel in front of the electric eye. He lubricated the door assembly so the visit wasn't an entire waste, and he was pleasant throughout the visit.
