Dylan, arrived in the time he specified when calling to say he was on the way. My garage keypad had stopped working and no matter what I did, I could not get it to work. Dylan was able to identify the problem and fix it. He talked me though the process at every step so I knew what he was doing. He had me test it a couple of times to confirm it was in working ordered. I used Precision initially when the garage unit became disconnected from the wall. I was pleased with that service and knew I would contact them with this issue. I was fortunate to have Dylan for both occasions. I would highly recommend them as scheduling was easy, the people professional and the service outstanding.

My first interaction with Precision was to setup an appointment. The rep to whom I spoke was very thorough and competent. I would give him a solid A+ for that interaction. The day before the appointment they sent me a reminder text. My next interaction was the day of the appointment. First, during the 4 hour window I received a text from Precision to let me know the tech's name (with his picture) and to let me know he was on his way. Second, the tech (Dylan) called me right after the text to introduce himself and to make me aware of his ETA. Third, after Dylan arrived he was very reassuring that he would identify the problem and explain all my options. After spending maybe 30 minutes Dylan thoroughly explained all my options to fix my problem. He patiently answered all my questions. I did not feel any pressure from Dylan to select any particular option. Lastly, we scheduled a follow-up date for him to do the work. This was definitely an A+ interaction! Thank you Dylan.

Dylan Perkins did an excellent job. He is a wonderful representative for the company. He was on time, customer focused, communicated the issue clearly and was pleasant to deal with. You are lucky to have him as an employee. I was not happy about having to wait 4 days for a service call with my car trapped in the garage. No emergency call was offered to me.

Our garage door was not opening. Talked with Tom (the manager) who listened to what was going on. He sent out Dylan Perkins who happened to be in the area. Craig was excellent. We didn't give him an easy task. He helped replace a custom sized garage door from the 1950s. Our existing door was heavy, rusted, and challenging to remove. We love our new garage door and opener. The new garage door helps to modernize our home and makes bringing things in and out of the garage so much easier. We are glad we replaced the garage door as one of the first projects in our new home.

I was entirely pleased with their service and product. My first call was responded to promptly, with Paul arriving as scheduled to measure and help me select the new garage door. I was told the door would arrive in 3-5 weeks, and then I could schedule the install. Right on time I got a call about scheduling the install, and Rob completed the job less than a month from my first phone call. I would recommend them and would use them again.
