I easily found this garage door repair service on the web after a brief search, they were easy to contact and schedule an appointment, they gave me a date and window of time when to expect the technician to arrive, they communicated with me every step of the way, the technician called me when he was on his way, he got to the house and in 10 minutes he identified and fixed the problem. During the initial call to book an appointment I asked how much it would cost, I was told a service call was $130 plus parts & labor, final bill was $176.50. I was very satisfied with how the entire experience went.

Luis arrived on time, was very courteous and knowledgeable, he explained which type of replacement part would provide a better distribution of weight to operate the door more efficiently, checked that all the parts of the operating system were in good condition and lubricated it, he was very helpful and efficient. The door’s operation is a lot smoother and quiet, the service provided met all my expectations.

Jesse arrived early for both the initial investigation, and then to install the needed door opener unit. He also quickly fixed a couple of minor issues with both doors while he was here. Both times I've called Precision for garage door problems I've had a positive experience.
