The experience was great. Mike was great. Most businesses I deal with charge a service fee because it does take time to come out and address the problem and would like to be paid for that time. At the same time, that fee should be part of the job if I agree to use you but it’s separate charge. I don’t know how much average cost is but I feel that the price is a little on the high side (bcs of the service fee not being applied to the job) for one hour job replacing springs. I might be wrong too. I didn’t have time to shop around. I went with the best reviews.
