Review:

Louis was kind and efficient on the phone, scheduling an appointment within 24 hours. Justin, the technician arrived ahead schedule. He diagnosed our problem and gave us several solutions along with the price for each. We selected a choice on the spot, he had the new product in his truck and installed it quickly, cleanly and without incident. He reprogrammed all of our switches on both walls for three doors and suggested some other electrical solutions for our garage outlets and receptacles as well. Communication from the company was thorough and immediate via email and text. Completely pleased and satisfied from start to finish. Highly recommend Precision, Louis and in particular Justin.
