Your technician Mike called about 15 minutes before arriving to insure I had time to get my dog situated and be ready for his arrival. Once he arrived he introduced himself, asked to insure the scope of the work I was looking to have done and discussed my options. He quoted me a reasonable price and got right to work, he replaced everything in a timely and professional manner and gave me instructions on what I needed to do to program my phones- really easy by the way! and cleaned up and took the old parts with him. A very nice guy and he did a great job!
