One of my two garage doors was damaged beyond repair. I called Precision because of their advertisement on the Internet. They were backed up with calls and it took a couple of weeks to get to me but after that they were good for their word in every respect. There was a long back order of this specific door but once it came in stock it was installed . The installer was on time and very professional. The product was 100% . We are extremely pleased!

I chose Precision because it specializes in garage door systems. I like the product. Justin did a timely installation. Part of the quote included weather stripping along the garage door. That was part of what I had paid and it does not appear that it was done.
