We had a new garage door installed last year by Precision and they were amazing. This time, I called because our key pad wasn’t working. They sent someone out the next day. Justin was incredibly nice, fixed the part in minutes and we were still covered under warranty! You do not get service and quality like that very often these days. I highly recommend Precision Garage.

I called at 7:50 am unable to open my garbage door automatically or manually. I’m a single mom who works on the road and had a critical appointment to get to later this afternoon and no access to another vehicle and was completely unable to get my car out of the garage. From the dispatcher who had a manager call me within 10 minutes of coming into the office to the manager who reached out to his technician to have him start his day at my house to the technician Justin who rearranged his entire day and arrived within an hour and a half of my initial call to replace my garage spring, everything about the service call was perfect. Absolutely amazing customer service - would always call them and highly recommend.

I would rate Precision a 5. Mike came out to my residence to evaluate my garage door. (One of the cables snapped & the spring was not holding the door) He presented my options, with prices & I decided to have him replace the pulleys, cables & springs. He had ALL the parts in his truck & replaced everything right then & there. He was efficient, knowledgeable, & very fast! I would recommend Precision because of Mike. He is an asset to your company!
