We have used Precision in the past. Jacob was here on 8/20 and replaced the springs that allow the door to open and close and set up a remote to control both doors. He even came back right away as I needed a second remote. Job well done!

Fran was able to come a half hour early and finished the job quickly - super nice guy and explained the work he did and functionality of the new unit which was helpful. Detached my old unit as well and disposed which is awesome. Would not hesitate to use the company again thank you!

Fifteen years ago I used Precision because of their 5 star reviews and that hasn't changed. I recently bought a new home and as the last, the garage doors were in rough shape. They were skipping across the rails and water, light, wind and mice were coming in. The first day I opened the garage the door fell off the top. Barry installed my new doors and said the tops of the old doors were all rotted. My new doors are high quality and beautiful. What I love most about Precision is they stand by their products with a lifetime warranty and 24/7 service. One of my new doors was slightly off with light and wind blowing through the side and the door was moving more than it should of. I called and they found a tech. that could be there within the hour. Paul came out and made a quick adjustment. I have a bathroom that is a dormer over the garage and the pipes are freezing in it. My garage is now much warmer and I'm hoping it doesn't happen again. Precision was great right from the estimate to end. Their prices are reasonable and they given great return customer discounts too! Special thanks to Ron, Barry and Paul. You were all fantastic and I can sleep at night not worrying about my doors anymore.
