My contact by chat produced a technician at my door this morning. On time. Fixed the problem with the remote efficiently. Checked the door opener system operation and found only lubrication needed. Showed me how to continue with periodic lubrication to prolong the life of the door opener. The technician knew what to do and was very pleasant. . Why not a five-star rating? It probably should be five-star. The only difficulty was with the driver's GPS system. It took him to a nearby business. He had a devil of a time finding our unit. I am in a complex of 50 units associated with a single street number, which is NOT displayed on the street!!! I had never noticed this before. Now I know to provide the driver with a landmark to know where to turn in.

Both of the techs came were really respectful & knew what they were doing.. The first tech did his job but didn’t test the Fix as much have he could have… … 2nd tech saw & fixed the problem quickly at no added charge & took the time to show me the wear & tear of a 20 year system.. left me brochures & at no pressure to me left with success… I’ll think about a new system & your company will get first consideration!
