Review:

Ron Lecours, service technician was very professional in explaining the cause of intermittent functioning of the garage door and corrected it. Also, we discussed the age of the springs; which functioning well but would probably fail sooner than later. Since he was already onsite, the decision was made to replace the springs.

I picked Precision from a print ad. Needed a garage door fixed asap. They sent a terrific tech, Luis, that day. Luis was professional, courteous, fast and neat.
